I have spent years building things, testing ideas, and chasing progress.
Some projects took off, others stalled, and a few crashed completely.
Through all of it, one pattern kept coming back.
A simple 6-step framework that, when followed in order and repeated, created momentum every single time.
I call it The BLDR Growth Loop: a 6-step cyclical framework for unstoppable growth.
It works for business, skills, fitness, or any goal worth pursuing.
Step 1: Awareness
Know yourself and your market
Most people rush into action without stopping to really understand where they are or what they are working with.
Awareness means asking yourself:
Who am I building this for
What is the real problem they need solved
What do I bring that is different
Where do I actually stand right now
It is also about knowing yourself.
Your strengths, weaknesses, triggers and limits all shape how you grow.
If you skip this step, you build on guesswork.
Step 2: Depth
Go deep into your craft
Once you have clarity, it is time to dig in.
Shallow work will not build something that lasts.
Depth means:
Learning more than most people are willing to
Doing the reps that no one sees
Getting so good at the fundamentals that you cannot be ignored
If awareness is the map, depth is the tool that moves you forward.
Step 3: Visibility
Show up consistently
A lot of good builders stay invisible.
They do the work but never put it in front of anyone.
Visibility is not about being loud, it is about being present and clear.
It can be as simple as:
Posting your work
Talking to people in your field
Sharing progress even when it is not perfect
If no one knows you exist, you cannot grow.
Step 4: Demand
Create genuine need
When awareness, depth and visibility work together, demand builds naturally.
This is not hype or pressure, it is people recognising the value and wanting what you have.
They see it, they trust it, they believe it will help them.
The goal is to become the obvious choice.
Step 5: Reflection
Learn from what works
This is where you separate activity from progress.
Reflection is stepping back to see the bigger picture and asking:
What worked
What did not
Why did it work
Can I repeat it
Without reflection, mistakes repeat and opportunities get missed.
Step 6: Reset
Evolve and start again
Once you know what worked and what did not, it is time to reset.
Make the changes, improve the process and run the loop again.
Each time you go around, you get sharper.
Your systems get smoother.
Your results compound.
Growth is not a straight line, it is this loop over and over, only at a higher level each time.
Why this loop works
It forces you to start with clarity instead of guesswork.
It builds skill before chasing noise.
It makes visibility intentional rather than desperate.
It creates pull instead of push.
It turns feedback into action.
It compounds because it is built for repetition.
When you run everything through this structure, you remove luck from the equation.
Putting it into action
Pick something you are working on right now.
Run it through the loop and see where it holds up and where it breaks down.
Ask yourself:
Do I have real awareness of where I am and who this is for
Have I gone deep enough to stand out
Am I showing up so people can see it
Is there genuine demand for it
Have I taken time to reflect
Am I ready to reset and go again
The power of the loop is not in knowing it exists, it is in using it.
Apply it, repeat it, and let the results build.
The next time you want to grow something, big or small, this is the path to take.
