I’m Jez—logistician by day, growth-obsessed creative thinker 24/7. For nearly 16 years, I’ve been in the Royal Air Force, orchestrating complex supply chains under pressure, managing hundreds of millions of pounds’ worth of gear, and solving high-stakes problems on the fly. Think last-minute ops, Saudi generals, and global chaos—I’ve been in the thick of it.
