Exactly Ilham I’ve seen the same. Sometimes it’s not the most skilled on paper who rise, it’s the ones who know how to carry themselves, speak well and connect. Not ideal, but it proves the weight soft skills carry. Better to have both but if you had to pick one to train first, I’d still go soft. Appreciate your take. 👊
